Terms of Service

By using Sikabill, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and, when acting for a business, have authority to do so. Use the service only for lawful business activities.

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for the invoices, receipts, client details and payment instructions you enter. Do not create fraudulent documents, impersonate others or upload information you have no right to use.

Review every document before sending it. Keep independent copies of important records. Sikabill provides document tools, not accounting, legal or tax advice; you remain responsible for applicable Ghanaian tax and recordkeeping requirements.

Free includes 5 documents per month, resetting on the 1st and a branded PDF footer. Pro costs GH₵39/month and includes unlimited documents, removal of branding, logo upload, saved clients and profile, payment tracking, WhatsApp and email reminders, and automatic reminders. One-time MoMo or card passes cost GH₵39 for 1 month, GH₵105 for 3 months and GH₵390 for 12 months, with no auto-renew. The early-user first month is GH₵20, once per account, recorded server-side. Existing Pro users retain their current end date and existing card charges; referral rewards remain 1 free month. An account is required to save documents and subscribe.

Paystack processes subscription payments under its own terms. Confirm the price and renewal information at checkout. Client invoice payments go directly to your business, not through Sikabill. Any future price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.

You may cancel anytime through Manage subscription in your dashboard. Access continues until the paid period ends. There are no refunds for partial months unless required by law. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of your content. You permit Sikabill and its service providers to store and process it only as needed to operate and secure the service. The Sikabill name, interface and software remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every document meets every industry’s requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by incorrect information you supply. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that Ghanaian law does not permit us to exclude.

Access may be restricted for unlawful use, abuse, security risks or unpaid subscription charges. Material changes to these terms will be announced through the service before taking effect. Ghanaian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution of any dispute.
